A flower bar is an interactive station filled with fresh blooms and greenery. Instead of receiving the same favor, guests select a mix of stems and make a bouquet that feels like their own.
We plan around your reserved bouquet count, preferred palette, venue, and the level of help you want. Self-serve experiences include prepared blooms and wrapping supplies; attended experiences also include a dedicated flower-bar attendant.
Designed for hand-tied mini-bouquets. Full wedding florals, centerpieces, and instructional floral workshops are not included.

Premium blooms
Standard packages use a seasonal mix coordinated with your preferred palette. Request premium flowers such as garden roses, ranunculus, or lisianthus, or a specific variety, for an availability-based quote.
Larger bouquets
Add more stems per guest or increase your reserved bouquet count.
Custom branding
Event signage, branded bouquet labels, ribbon, or upgraded sleeves. Add a community or brand QR code to requested printed materials.
Time & setup
Extend the station or attended service window, add a self-serve wrapping table or specialty furniture, or increase staffing for a faster-paced event. A standard wrapping table with linen is included with attended service. Extra time does not add flowers or bouquets.

What is the difference between self-serve and attended?
For self-serve service, we prepare the flowers, set up the station, and return for pickup. Your host manages guest use and supplies during the event. Attended service adds a dedicated flower-bar attendant for the agreed service window to help with selection, tying, wrapping, and station upkeep, plus one standard wrapping table with linen.
How does the included time work?
Self-Serve includes up to three hours of station use, with setup and pickup scheduled separately. Attended includes up to two hours with a dedicated flower-bar attendant, with setup and breakdown outside those service hours. Both starting packages reserve up to 20 mini-bouquets. Added time does not automatically include extra flowers or bouquets; request both in your quote if needed.
How many bouquets should I reserve?
Reserve one bouquet for each guest you expect to participate. Your total guest count can be higher than your bouquet count. For a favor intended for everyone, reserve one per guest.
Can I choose the bouquet size?
Standard flower packages include five total stems per mini-bouquet, including greenery. A seven-stem option or premium flower selection can be quoted separately. Your proposal confirms the bouquet count, stem allowance, and selections.
Can I choose the flowers and colors?
Share your preferred palette and any must-have flowers. Standard packages use seasonal selections; specific varieties, precise shades, or premium blooms may require a custom quote and substitutions.
Can the Flower Bar be set up outdoors?
Outdoor setups are considered with a shaded, sheltered location, stable level ground, and an indoor weather backup. Direct sun, heat, wind, and rain can affect flowers and the display.
Is this a floral arranging class?
No. This is a build-your-own bouquet station with assistance, not a formal instructional workshop or full-service wedding floral package.
What if more guests want bouquets?
Additional bouquets should be reserved before the event so flowers and wrapping supplies can be ordered. Day-of additions depend on available inventory and are not guaranteed.
Does the package include drinks or the trailer?
No. Beverage experiences and the tap trailer are booked separately. We can prepare one proposal that includes both flowers and your selected beverage service.
Where do you offer Flower Bar service?
We plan events in Houston and surrounding communities, including Cypress, Katy, Spring, Tomball, Conroe, The Woodlands, and Magnolia. Travel within 40 miles one way of ZIP code 77447 is included. More than 40 and up to 75 miles one way is $2 per additional one-way mile beyond 40, with return travel included. Farther locations receive a custom quote. Send the full event address so we can confirm travel and access.
Is a wrapping table included?
Attended Flower Bar service includes one standard wrapping table with linen. For self-serve, provide a suitable venue table or request a table rental. Specialty furniture, custom linens, and extra workstations are quoted separately.
What is included in five stems or seven stems?
Five stems means five total prepared flower, filler, and greenery stems per mini-bouquet. Seven stems adds two stems for a fuller bouquet. Multiple blooms on one branching stem do not count as separate stems. Premium varieties are a separate selection upgrade; they do not automatically increase the stem count.
Can I add a backdrop, floral entrance, or custom panel?
Share inspiration photos, your venue layout, and your budget. Backdrops, decorative panels, and freestanding floral entrance accents may be quoted separately after we confirm design, sourcing, installation access, and availability. These are not included in the standard bouquet package.
