We are a Dry Hire service. Due to state liquor laws, we cannot purchase or sell alcohol. You purchase the beverages (which saves you money by avoiding industry markups!), and we handle the rest. We provide a custom shopping list to tell you exactly how much to buy.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to lock in your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.

While deposits are non-refundable, we understand life happens! If you need to postpone, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance, and we will do our best to apply your deposit to a future date.

Yes, bookings on major holidays incur an additional $200 holiday fee.

Our tap trailer is is 73″H x 66″W x 145″L. Please ensure your venue has a flat, accessible area for setup with enough clearance for a vehicle to maneuver.

We are totally off the grid and self-powered - No Power outlet or generators!

We typically arrive 90 minutes before your service start time. This allows us to level the trailer, stabilize the kegs, and ensure the lines are chilled and pouring perfectly.

Absolutely! We can tap mocktails, cold brew, kombucha, sodas, or even sparkling waters. It’s a great addition for showers or corporate events.

Yes. All staff are TABC-certified and we carry both General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance. We can provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) to your venue upon request.

Our standard attire is professional all-black. However, we are happy to adjust our style to fit your event’s theme—just ask!

Our base package includes one bartender, which comfortably serves up to 75 guests. For events of 85+ guests, a second bartender is required to maintain service speed and quality.

We offer two options:
Discreet Tip Jar: Generally preferred for private parties.
Hosted Gratuity: If you prefer no tip jar (common for weddings and corporate events), a service fee can be added to your final invoice.

Standard Keg (1/2 Barrel): ~165 servings (12oz)
Pony Keg (1/4 Barrel): ~82 servings (12oz)
Sixtel (1/6 Barrel): ~55 servings (12oz)
Note: Our Premium package uses 5-gallon kegs for cocktails, which yield roughly 60–70 drinks.
